1 Week Before Your Session
This is where things start to come together.
Start hydrating more than usual. Not in an overwhelming way, just consistently. It makes a difference in your skin, your energy, and how you feel overall.
Begin pulling outfit options. Try them on. Move in them. Let yourself feel into what works. You’ll know pretty quickly what feels right and what doesn’t.
And here’s your reminder, you don’t have to keep it minimal, and you don’t have to go all out.
Some women bring a few simple, effortless pieces. Others lean fully into the experience with layers, textures, heels, and statement looks.
Both are perfect.
The goal is to choose pieces that make you feel something when you put them on.
Confident. Comfortable. A little bold.
Also, avoid introducing anything new to your skin this week. No experimenting, no last-minute facials. We want your skin calm, predictable, and glowing in its natural state.

2–3 Days Before
This is your soft prep window.
If you’re planning to shave, wax, or do any skin maintenance, now is the time. This gives your skin space to settle so you’re not dealing with irritation the day of your session.
Do a quick outfit check. Make sure everything fits the way you want it to and is ready to go.
And start letting yourself mentally step into the experience. You don’t need to force confidence here, allow yourself get a little excited.

The Night Before
This is where we keep things calm.
Lay everything out. Outfits, shoes, accessories. Put it all in one place so your morning feels easy.
Take a shower. Do your normal routine. Nothing extreme.
And then… go to bed.
I know it’s tempting to stay up scrolling, saving ideas, overthinking every detail. But sleep is one of the best things you can give yourself before your session.
You’ll feel it the next day.

The Morning Of Your Session
This is where we keep your energy steady.
Wash your face and come with clean, hydrated skin. Nothing heavy, nothing new. Just fresh, natural skin that makeup can sit beautifully on.
Hair should be clean and manageable. Freshly washed and dried is ideal, but the night before or the day before works just as well. Try not to come in with hair that’s more than three days out.
Eat something. Not heavy, but something.
You’ll be moving, shifting, holding tension and releasing it. Your body needs fuel.
Hydrate again.
And most importantly… give yourself time.
Don’t rush into your session already feeling behind. Let yourself arrive slowly.

What to Bring
Keep it simple.
Your outfits
Shoes or heels if you want them
Accessories you love most
A water bottle
That’s it.
You don’t need to overpack. You just need pieces that feel like you.

What You Don’t Need to Worry About
So, let’s clear a few things up.
-You don’t need to know how to pose.
-You don’t need to show up perfectly confident.
-You don’t need to have a “perfect” body.
-You certainly don’t need to perform.
All I ask is that you show up. Everything else is guided.

The Part No One Really Talks About
The first few minutes might feel a little unfamiliar. Yes, that’s completely normal.
You’re in a new environment. You’re being seen in a different way. Your mind is trying to catch up.
…And then it settles.
Your body starts to follow direction. Your posture softens. You stop thinking so much.

Final Thoughts
Preparation isn’t about becoming perfect before you walk in. It’s about removing the noise so you can actually be present in the experience. Because the best sessions don’t come from perfect prep.
They come from allowing yourself to step into it. Curious about pricing? Start HERE.
