At Onyx and Sage Studios, all sessions are booked through a curated collection. Your collection is selected at the time of booking and defines the foundation of your experience, including session flow, image delivery, and what is included.

Each collection is intentionally designed to provide clarity, guidance, and transparency from the very beginning. This allows you to arrive fully present, knowing exactly what your experience includes and how it is structured.
Once your booking is complete, you will receive access to optional enhancements designed to personalize your experience even further. These offerings may include additional products, set additions, or specialty options shared with you prior to your session. These upgrades are available by invitation and are thoughtfully presented so you can choose what feels aligned for you.

Collections themselves are not customizable or negotiated after booking. This structure allows us to focus entirely on creating a seamless, elevated experience while honoring the time, care, and intention behind every session.

Every collection shares the same intentional, guided experience. What differs is how your images are delivered and preserved. From digital galleries to handcrafted albums and legacy keepsakes, your collection determines what is included.
Your session will be powerful regardless of which collection you select. After booking, you will also receive access to optional enhancements designed to further personalize your experience in a way that feels aligned and intentional.

To ensure that our hair and makeup team is booked and that your session date is secured, your first payment will be utilized as a non refundable retainer and is due date of booking.

Availability

We recognize that this experience is an investment, and we believe clarity around payment is part of creating a calm, supported booking process.

Payment in full is accepted via credit or debit card at the time of booking.

For clients who prefer flexibility, an in house interest free four payment plan is available upon request on qualifying collections. All in house payment plans are established at booking, follow a fixed schedule, and must be completed prior to your session date.

We also accept Affirm and Klarna for clients who wish to utilize third party financing options. Approval and terms are determined directly by the provider.
Cash payments are accepted by arrangement.

All payment options are outlined clearly during the booking process so you can move forward with confidence and intention.
